Description: This 5-day trip will take visitors on a journey through two of Rwanda's most biodiverse national parks - Volcanoes National Park and Nyungwe National Park.

Day1: Arrival
This is the first day among the 6days trip. You will be warmly welcomed with company’s professional team and drive guide who will take you to the hotel to have dinner and rest.

DAY2:
1st OPT: MOUNTAIN GORILLA TREKKING AND ELLEN DEGENERES COMPUS/ GORILLA GUARDIAN VILLAGE
After morning breakfast, drive ahead to Kinigi headquarters, to the park reception at 7am to get briefings and be transferred into trekking groups of maximum 8 person, completing park formalities then embark on a once in a lifetime experience of tracking mountain gorillas. Gorilla trekking is an extraordinary and life-changing adventure that allows you to come face to face with one of the world's most iconic and endangered species: the mountain gorillas. This captivating experience takes place in the dense forests of Volcanoes National Park, home to several habituated gorilla families. Once the gorilla family is located, you approach them with utmost respect and caution, following the guidance of your guides. The first glimpse of these magnificent creatures is awe-inspiring — massive silverbacks, nurturing mothers, playful juveniles, and curious infants. Each gorilla family has its own unique dynamics and personalities, making every encounter a truly individual and unforgettable experience. This is one of the magical experiences.
You cannot leave behind Dian Fossey Fund Conservation known as Ellen DeGeneres Conservation Campus or Gorilla guardians’ community which by the people who were once poachers and today’s great conservationists.
After lunch, you proceed to Ellen DeGeneres center of Dian Fossey Gorilla Fund, a self-guided tour if you like to learn all about the gorilla researchers have studied for more than five decades and the current conservation efforts to ensure their future. Special features include a replica of Dian Fossey’s forest cabin and original artifacts from her work and life, a 360-degree theater featuring amazing footage of the gorillas, and a virtual reality experience.

Proceed experiencing the culture of Rwanda by visiting Gorilla guardian village known as “Iby’Iwacu cultural village” to learn more about how the Banyarwanda used to live in their daily life and immerse yourself into Rwandan traditional culture like playing drums for men and women try weaving, traditional dancing and enjoy the time of storytelling. At Iby’Iwacu, you find the significance of King’s building house and the small traditional houses as an example. You will also experience traditional wedding and learn about local herbal medicine.
2nd OPT: GOLDEN MONKEY TREKKING AND GORILLA GUARDIAN VILLAGE/ ELLEN DEGENERES CAMPUS
Arrive at the Park reception not later 7:15am for briefing and transferred into trekking groups, completing park formalities, then embark on a once in a lifetime adventure. Golden monkey tracking offers a unique and captivating wildlife encounter in the lush and mountainous forests. These charismatic primates, known for their vibrant golden-orange fur, are a subspecies of the blue monkey and are endemic to the Virunga Mountains, which straddle the borders of Rwanda, Uganda, and the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Once you reach the golden monkeys' territory, the real magic unfolds. You may hear the distinctive calls and rustling of leaves as the monkeys
jump from tree to tree, displaying their acrobatic skills. Golden monkeys are incredibly agile, leaping through the canopy with grace and agility, making for an awe-inspiring sight. Observing these playful creatures in their natural habitat is a truly mesmerizing experience.
You will witness their social interactions, from grooming one another to playful chasing and somersaults. Their distinctive golden coats, contrasting with the lush greenery, create a visual spectacle that is sure to leave a lasting impression. The tracking experience typically lasts around one hour, although the duration can vary depending on the monkeys' movement patterns and behavior. After the encounter, you make your way back through the forest, reflecting on the incredible encounter.

DAY3: TRANSFER TO NYUNGWE NATIONAL PARK ENROUTE VISIT LAKE KIVU KIBUYE
After enjoying breakfast, you will pack your luggage and drive away to Nyungwe NP. In the way you will pass via Gishwati-Mukura NP a rain nature forest which is a home to a numerous of birds, different primate species and some old trees. The way offers a sightseeing opportunity as its cross along the lake Kivu belt when you reach at Karongi you will step off for lunch and explore the stunning city of Karongi known as Kibuye. After some relaxing time, you will head to Nyungwe NP One of the oldest rainforests in Africa, Nyungwe National Park is a pristine rainforest in southwestern Rwanda, is home to 13 primate species including a thriving population of chimpanzees, one of the most famous great apes of Africa, over 300birds species including 27 endemics to Albertine rift, a thrilling canopy walk suspended high above the forest floor. It is one of the longest and highest canopy walkways in East Africa. It extends for approximately 160 meters and stands at a height of about 70 meters above the forest floor.

DAY4: CHIMPANZEE TREKKING AND CANOPY WALK EXPERIENCE
Begin day with an exhilarating chimpanzee trekking adventure in Nyungwe lush rainforest which will asks you to wake up very early collecting packet breakfast and regarding the visiting group be at park’s reception to meet the site guide at either 5:00am or 5:30am then drive to the edge of the forest where chimpanzee trekking in Nyungwe starts. Chimpanzees are highly intelligent and social primates and human being closest relatives, sharing 98-99% of our DNA. You might want return to the hotel for lunch or go tracking with packed lunch then after having lunch you will join group to a stunning canopy walkway. It extends for approximately 160 meters and stands at a height of about 70 meters above the forest floor. Walking along suspended bridges and walkways, you find yourself immersed in the awe-inspiring beauty of the forest canopy. In this elevated position, you can soak in panoramic views of the dense vegetation, spot a variety of bird species flitting among the treetops, and perhaps catch a glimpse of playful monkeys leaping through the branches. The canopy walk provides a unique and exhilarating perspective of Nyungwe National Park's diverse ecosystem. DAY5: TRANSFER TO KIGALI INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT EN ROUTE VISIT ETHNOGRAPHIC MUSEUM
This is your last but not least day of your 5-day trip exploring the beauty of Rwanda, learning how its endangered primates are surviving in their midst and how much Rwandan government is striving to the conservation. In the morning after clearing everything with the hotel you will drive ahead to Kigali via Huye. When reaching at Huye you will stop by Rwanda National Ethnographic Museum and learn more about the country history from its pre-colonial, during colonial until to the genocide against the tutsi in 1994. After visiting 7rooms of the Museum, you will drive immediately to Kigali International Airport to catch the flight home where you will go to being company’s ambassador.
